I-Day: CM Revanth Reddy presents medals to police, pays tributes to martyrs

Hyderabad: Telangana Chief Minister A. Revanth Reddy after hoisting the national flag at Golkonda Fort on the occasion of 78 Independence Day, honored police officers by presenting them medals in recognition of their services on Thursday.

In his address, Revanth Reddy asserted that his government is committed to reviving the true spirit of freedom in Telangana, which he claimed had been stifled over the past decade.
The Chief Minister later paid floral tributes to the martyrs at the Army Martyrs Memorial at the Parade Grounds in Secunderabad.
After completing his engagements in Hyderabad, CM Revanth Reddy set out for Pusugudem village in Bhadradri Kothagudem district to launch Sitarama irrigation scheme, constructed across the Godavari, at Dummugudem.
