Hyderabad:  A day after receiving information about two unidentified bodies near a stone crusher in Puppalaguda, Narsingi police on Wednesday sent search teams, led by DCP Ch. Srinivas, to apprehend the suspect in the double-murder case.

According to the investigating officer Hari Krishna Reddy, the deceased have been identified as Ankith Saketh, 25, a native of Madhya Pradesh, working in the city as a housekeeper and Bindu, 25, a native of Chhattisgarh. The two were in a live-in relationship.
Police told the media that the distance between the two bodies was about 60 metres. The assailant had burnt their faces so that their identity could not be established. They said that the woman could have also been raped.
Both bodies were shifted to the Osmania mortuary for post mortem examination.
Bindu was married and had three children. She had come to Hyderabad to live with Ankith. On the day of the incident (suspected to be Saturday), the deceased had reportedly met at a friend’s place to spend some private time together.
Police sources said that they suspect that a former lover of Bindu was jealous of seeing the two together and allegedly murdered them.
