Kavitha files default bail plea

Hyderabad: Delhi`s Rouse Avenue Court on Monday heard the default bail petition filed by BRS MLC K. Kavitha, seeking bail in the Delhi liquor scam case. The high court had earlier rejected her bail petition. When the case came up, Kavitha’s counsel sought time as the senior counsel would argue the case. The court adjourned the hearing to August 7.
