Konda Surekha extends greetings on National Handloom Day

Hyderabad:Forest and Environment, and Endowments Minister Konda Surekha has extended greetings on the occasion of National Handloom Day. In a statement, she said weaving is a reflection of India's rich cultural diversity and heritage. She also said that the government is working towards the implementation of effective action plans to strengthen the handloom sector and also ensure financial self-sufficiency for the families of handloom workers in the state.
