KTR, Harish in Delhi Ahead of Kavitha Bail Hearing

Hyderabad:BRS working president K.T. Rama Rao, and senior leader T Harish Rao are in New Delhi amidst hopes with the party leadership and cadre that the Supreme Court will grant bail to party MLC K. Kavitha in the Delhi liquor scam case during a hearing on the matter scheduled to be heard by the court on Tuesday. They are scheduled to meet with the legal team representing Kavitha.

“Delhi excise minister Manish Sisodia was granted bail earlier in the same case and we are hoping that Kavitha too will be granted bail. When the accused no. 2 can be granted bail, there is every hope that Kavitha, who has been in jail for nearly six months now, too will get it,” a senior BRS leader said.
