Man drowns in Srisailam reservoir

Nalgonda: A 30-year-old man from Nalgonda district drowned in the Srisailam reservoir on Thursday.

The victim, identified as Chippari Yadaiah, was a native of Venkatapuram village in Chityal mandal. He, along with a friend, went to Srisailam for darshan at the Sri Bhramaramba Mallikarjuna Temple.

During the trip, he went for a dip in the reservoir and was washed away in minutes.
