Man Found Murdered in Suryapet

Suraypet:A 27-year-old man was found murdered at D. Kothapaally of Nagaram mandal in Suraypet district on Thursday. The victim was identified as Vanagandla Kiran Kumar, a native of Tirumalgiri in the district.

According to the police, Kiran Kumar had left his home on Wednesday evening but did not return. His body was found next to the SRSP canal at D. Kothapally by residents. Unidentified persons killed him by slitting his throat with a sharp object.

The body of the victim was shifted to the mortuary of the Government Hospital at Thungaturthy for autopsy. Nagaram police filed a case and took up an investigation to identify the persons involved in the killing of the youth.
