Hyderabad: AIMIM leader Akbaruddin Owaisi sharply criticised BRS Party leaders for causing a disturbance during the Assembly's discussion on the Bhu Bharati Bill. He lambasted their behaviour, calling it "Kachara (trash)" and questioning if this was the lesson imparted by BRS chief K. Chandrashekar Rao. Owaisi stated that the chaos in the Assembly was a reflection of the BRS's 10-year governance.

During the session, BRS MLAs made an attempt to approach the Speaker's podium. Owaisi accused the Dharani portal, a land records management system, of being implemented for the benefit of one family and one party. He called upon the Speaker to restore order in the House, suggesting the suspension of the protesting MLAs.
Owaisi highlighted that thousands of acres of land had been encroached upon with the Dharani portal. He urged the state government to address these deficiencies to support farmers and demanded an audit of government lands, pointing out that the BRS government had ignored such requests during its decade-long tenure.
