Minister launches CREDAI’s 3rd Warangal property show

Warangal: The Confederation of Real Estate Developers’ Association of India (CREDAI) inaugurated its 3rd Warangal Property Show on Saturday at a private function hall in Hanamkonda. Backward class welfare minister Ponnam Prabhakar and deputy chairperson of the Assembly Council Banda Prakash, MLA Naini Rajendar, KUDA chairman Enagala Venkatram Reddy, and mayor Gundu Sudharani, officially launched the event to bring together developers, investors, and homebuyers.
Speaking at the inauguration, minister Prabhakar highlighted the rapid development of the Warangal tri-cities — Warangal, Hanamkonda, and Kazipet — and underscored the government's commitment to fostering growth in the area. He noted that Chief Minister A. Revanth Reddy has allocated ₹6,000 crore for various development projects, enhancing Warangal’s status as a key railway junction connecting Northern and Southern India. Additionally, the upcoming airport project is set to further improve the city’s connectivity.
Prabhakar also emphasised Warangal’s strong infrastructure in healthcare and education, mentioning prominent institutions like Mahatma Gandhi Memorial Hospital, Kakatiya Medical College, Kakatiya University, and the National Institute of Technology (NIT). The region is also a major hub for temple tourism, attracting visitors to renowned sites such as Sri Bhadrakali Devi, Sammakka Saralamma, Ramappa, and the Thousand Pillar Temple.
