National Wellbeing Conclave at IITH

Hyderabad: The department of higher education is hosting a two-day national wellbeing conclave at IIT Hyderabad on Saturday for students and faculty in higher educational institutions. By promoting the mental health of students and faculty, the conclave seeks to create a supportive ecosystem across higher education institutions. The convention will serve as a platform for institutes to understand the significance of strong student-faculty relationships.
Mental health experts, students and faculty members will discuss the current state of mental health and wellbeing. The event includes sessions on comprehensive capacity-building programs and best practices, such as utilising AI for proactive mental health monitoring and cultivating a supportive campus environment through diverse initiatives. Engaging families and new students through orientation programs will also be a key focus area.
