Online Food Delivery Boy Sentenced to five-day Jail for Consuming Ganja

The accused, Mansoor Alam, was arrested near Shajahan function hall in Bhavani Nagar while he was consuming ganja on Tuesday night and was produced before the court today.

“Nampally court IV special judicial magistrate, Sathyanaraya (incharge) on Wednesday sentenced five days simple imprisonment after accused Mansoor was found guilty of consuming ganja,” M Balaswamy, Bhavaninagar SHO said.

“We booked e-petty case in case number- HYD2334PC2530020 under section BNS,61-B section 4 of COTPA Act against him and produced him before the court,” SHO said.

The convict was escorted to Chanchalguda central prison after the court sentenced him.
