Hyderabad:Expressing their commitment towards making India a vegetarian country, the students of Sadhu Vaswani International School and its affiliated institutions took out a peace march on Saturday, in Koti and surrounding areas. In the event that was conducted to commemorate the 145 birth anniversary of Sadhu T.L. Vaswani, participants pledged to be vegetarians.

Heera Rupani, secretary of Sadhu Vaswani Mission, said that inspired by Sadhu Vaswani's message of compassion and oneness, the students urged everyone to adopt a life of kindness and respect for all living beings. Several participants agreed with her.

Aaliya Samnani said, “The Blissful Peace March made me realise the importance of kindness in everyday life.” Kanav Khanna said, “Carrying banners and chanting meatless day slogans made us feel empowered to spread the message of love and kindness.”

P. Trishika, said, “This experience brought us joy and awareness about the beauty of choosing a compassionate lifestyle.” Tejashree Madallapalli expressed, “Walking together for a cause like going vegetarian filled our hearts with joy and purpose.” Hunar K. mentioned, “We have become more aware of respecting all forms of life and maintaining mindful choices.”
