Pushpa 2 Producers Give Rs 50 Lakh Aid to Sri Tej's Family
Hyderabad: The producers of ‘Pushpa 2’, Naveen Yerneni and Y. Ravi Shankar from the Mythri Movie Makers production house, visited Sri Tej at a city hospital along with cinematography minister Komatireddy Venkat Reddy on Monday to enquire about his health.
Sri Tej is a survivor of the December 4 stampede at Sandhya theatre during the release of the movie. His mother M. Revati died in the stampede. Sri Tej who sustained critically ill, is in an unconscious state. The producers consoled the family members of Sri Tej and handed over a cheque of ₹50 lakh to his father.
The minister hoped for the boy's speedy recovery and condemned the attack on Allu Arjun's home by some activists on Sunday.
The boy's family also received Rs 25 lakh from Prateek Foundation a few days ago.
