Rahul Gandhi lands in Hyderabad to attend caste census meeting

Hyderabad: Congress MP Rahul Gandhi arrived in Hyderabad on Tuesday. Chief Minister A. Revanth Reddy and other leaders received him at Begumpet Airport. He will attend caste census meeting at Gandhian Ideology Centre in Bowenpally, Secunderabad.

The state government has decided to launch a comprehensive survey for assessing socio-economic and caste details of the entire population from November 6.

The survey would comprise questionnaire about the details of members of individual households, their caste, sub-caste status, economic status, political representation and other aspects.
