Fire Safety Officials Save Pigeon Hanging Near Musheerabad Metro

HYDERABAD: The Musheerabad fire station rescued a bird stuck on the metro bridge. The bird, which was suffering from moving from the place for a long time, was rescued by the fire safety team.

Meanwhile, a huge crowd gathered on the main road, with cheers for officers after the bird was rescued and brought down.

The operation was taken up by MA Jabbar from the Musheerabad Fire station.

“The bird that got stuck was a pigeon. We were informed of this bird through the control room, after they got a call from a person. The bird was stuck near pillar no. 169 of the Musheerabad metro station. It had got stuck to a string,” said SFO B Sudhakar.

The bird was removed within 30 minutes, Sudhakar said. The person who called the control room has been identified as Srinivas
