Revanth invites Apple to deepen its presence in Telangana

Hyderabad: Chief Minister A. Revanth Reddy and his team including IT and industries minister D. Sridhar Babu, and senior officials pitched to Apple officials, the electronics park, Skill University, AI City, Future City and other game-changing initiatives.

Apple Park, the corporate headquarters of Apple Inc., the 175-acre campus at Cupertino, California, was an ideal place to make a strong pitch for Hyderabad and Telangana as a leading investment destination in several sectors. They were speaking to senior Apple executives who look after manufacturing, public policy and healthcare divisions.

After the visit, the Chief Minister said he was confident that their highly encouraging and cordial talks with Apple executives would lead to several positive outcomes for Hyderabad and Telangana.

During the US tour, the Chief Minister also met Shantanu Narayen, CEO, Adobe Systems, at Palo Alto, California. Narayen has been one of the most respected tech visionaries and leaders in Silicon Valley. Shantanu Narayen was also emotional about the meeting, given his Hyderabad connection: He is a Hyderabad Public School and Osmania University College of Engineering alumni.

As a key influencer in the Silicon Valley, Narayen was highly receptive and proactively agreed to support the Chief Minister’s vision for Hyderabad 4.0, the Future City, the Young India Skill University and the AI City.
