Singareni Worker Dies

Adilabad:A tragic incident occurred at the KK-5 mine in Mandamarri, Mancherial district, on Tuesday night when a Singareni worker named Laxman died of asphyxiation while exiting the mine after completing his duties.

Following the incident, Singareni workers and union leaders staged a protest demanding that the management of the Singareni Collieries Company (SCCL) classify Laxman's death as a mine accident. They argued that since the incident took place while the worker was exiting the mine, it should be considered a work-related fatality.
