Teachers Affected by GO 317 to Be Relocated Soon: Minister
Hyderabad:Minister Damodar Rajanarsimha, chairman of the Cabinet sub-committee on GO 317 regarding staff transfers, assured affected teachers that they would soon be relocated to their native districts. Speaking with members of the GO 317 Joint Action Committee (JAC) from Wanaparthi, Narayanpet, and Nagarkurnool, the minister expressed his commitment to resolving the issue as quickly as possible.
Rajanarsimha promised that justice would be served to those who had lost their local status due to the implementation of GO 317 by the BRS government. The affected teachers, many of whom are women, had come forward to narrate stories of the hardships they faced due to the displacement.
The women teachers tied rakhi to the minister and presented him with a shawl. Rajanarsimha offered sweets to the teachers. "Place your trust in me, and I promise that this issue will be resolved swiftly," he told the teachers.
The meeting was attended by prominent leaders of the GO 317 JAC, including Kavitha Alivelu, Shameem Srinivas Reddy, Shameem Begum, Yasmeen Sultana, Parveen Banu, and Munira Begum.
