Techie Gang-rape In Hyderabad: Orders Issued To Shut Down Restaurant

Hyderabad: A restaurant in Hyderabad, where a software engineer was allegedly gang raped by two people including her childhood friend, has been ordered to shut down.
Sub-divisional magistrate of Kandukur, Rangareddy district has ordered the closure of the Srirastu Bommarillu Bar Restaurant & Hotel near Omkar Nagar, close to Bairamalguda in Hyderabad.
The action is a result of a joint complaint that the Station House Officer of Vanasthalipuram and Commissioner of Police Sudheer Babu submitted. The complaint was filed based on the public nuisance caused by promoting illicit activity and letting people drink alcohol and spend days and nights in the rooms
