TGNPDCL Strengthens Vigilance Cell To Check Corruption

 Hyderabad: The Telangana Northern Power Distribution Company Limited (TGNPDCL) has strengthened its vigilance cell to check corruption by officials and staff members and ensure quality service to consumers.

In a statement, the TGNPDCL said that the consumers can lodge complaints on its personnel with the vigilance cell on phone number 9281033233 and toll-free number 1064. The company said that stringent punishment would be imposed if any official or staff violated the citizen’s charter. Consumers can also reach out to NPDCL grievance portal.

The discom has already launched the poster campaign in all its 16 circles to educate the consumers on how to lodge complaints.
