Three Inter-State Burglars Arrested in Bhupalpally

Rs 20 lakh worth of gold & silver ornaments seised from their possession

Warangal: The police on Thursday arrested three inter-state burglars involved in various thefts and seized Rs 20 lakh worth of gold and silver ornaments, a TV set, a mobile phone and six motorbikes from their possession in Jayashankar Bhupalpally district.

The superintendent of police Kiran Khare said the accused were identified as Thatikonda Swamy Charan, 19, a resident of Mancherial district, Kurasenaga Eswhar, 19, a resident of Asifabad district and Panem Rajesh, 28, a native of Sironcha of Gadchiroli district.
The three formed a gang to lead a luxurious life and stole valuables by breaking houses and lifting vehicles.
Receiving complaints from victims, three special teams were formed to nab the burglars by observing the CCTV footage. The police nabbed the three burglars at Kataram checkpost.
