Tiger kills calf, villagers panicky

Adilabad:A tiger on Tuesday morning attacked a calf that was grazing in the forests in Hudkili village in Sirpur (T) in Komaram Bheem Asifabad district.

Cattle grazers found the movement of the tiger and later found an injured calf which reportedly succumbed to injuries. Hudkili is located on the border and the tiger is believed o have crossed over entered the forests of Amruthguda in Maharashtra.

Field-level forest staff who are tracking the tiger said it could return to Telangana borders any time and cautioned people of the bordering villages.
