Tollywood producers to meet Pawan Kalyan

Vijayawada: Tollywood producers will meet Deputy Chief Minister Pawan Kalyan at his camp office in Vijayawada to formally congratulate him on NDA alliance's grand victory in the recently concluded 2024 general assembly elections.
According to information, producers Ashwini Dutt, Chinna Babu, Naveen, Naga Vamsi, Danayya and AP Film Chamber president Dil Raju will be meeting Pawan Kalyan at the latter’s camp office in Vijayawada on Monday afternoon.
It is said producers want to explain to the Deputy CM the problems being faced by Telugu film industry due to the policies adopted by the previous government. These relate to theatres and hike in rates of tickets in Andhra Pradesh.
Producers meeting Pawan Kalyan assumes significance ahead of big ticket film Kalki’s release starring Prabhas. They are likely to seek a hike in ticket prices and additional shows for the film in AP during the first week of its release.
