Traffic restrictions in view of Bonalu festival in Hyderabad

Hyderabad: The Hyderabad traffic police said restrictions for motorists would be imposed to facilitate the Sri Jagadamba Mahankali Golconda Bonalu Celebrations which start on Sunday.
DCP, traffic, P. Viswa Prasad said that subsequent pujas would be held on July 11, 14, 18, 21, 25, 28, August 1 and August 4.
General motorists were advised to avoid the roads from Ramdevguda to Golconda Fort via Makkai Darwaza; Langar Houz to Golconda fort via Fateh Darwaza and Shaikpet Nala and Seven Tombs to Golconda fort via Banjara Darwaza from 8 am to 11 pm.Devotees were requested to park their vehicles at the designated places at Military Ground. Ramdevguda and ashoorkhana as well as at Golf Club and Deccan Park for different categories of vehicles.
