Young India Skill University to be established in Telangana
The officials briefed the industrialists and entrepreneurs about key features of the Young India Skill University to be set up in Telangana. They also explained about the various courses that would be offered by the Skill University that would begin functioning from next academic year
Hyderabad: Mahindra and Mahindra chairperson lauded Chief Minister A. Revanth Reddy for deciding to set up a Skill University to provide skilled workforce to the industry from Telangana.
Revanth Reddy is a leader with vision, he said, adding that for the same reason he agreed to be the chairman of the University Board soon as he was approached by Reddy.

Chief Minister A. Revanth Reddy said that the state government would allocate Rs 100 crore for the functioning of the Skill University. He also urged industrialists and philanthropists to come forward and donate towards forming the corpus fund for the university. "People can give whatever they want in cash or kind," he said.
