YS Sharmila meets CM Revanth Reddy; discusses political scenario in AP

Hyderabad: Andhra Pradesh Congress Committee (APCC) president YS Sharmila on Tuesday met the Chief Minister A Revanth Reddy at his residence here.
Sources said it was a courtesy call to thank Revanth Reddy for campaigning in support of the party during Assembly and Lok Sabha elections in Andhra Pradesh in May 2024. Both Revanth Reddy and Sharmila also discussed the present political situation in Andhra Pradesh, it is learnt.
She earlier met Deputy Chief Minister Mallu Bhatti Vikramarka at his residence. Sharmila unsuccessfully contested against his cousin and two-time YSRCP MP YS Avinash Reddy in the Lok Sabha elections in AP.
