Apple releases new updates for Mac and Watch devices
Apple has released the final versions iOS 10.1, watchOS 3.1, macOS Sierra 10.12.1 and tvOS 10.0.1 for users to download.
Apple recently released a range of updates for the company’s Mac, Watch and TV devices.
The latest updates including iOS 10.1, macOS Sierra 10.12.1, watchOS 3.1 and tvOS 10.0.1 are now available for download for all Apple users.
The iOS 10.1 is the first major update to the iOS 10 mobile operating system since its inception. This upgrade has been released for all supported devices including iPhones, iPads and iPod devices. The upgrade brings an improved Maps app that features support for almost every national bus line, train, ferry, subway and local travel system in Tokyo, Nagoya and Osaka along with fare comparison when viewing the routes.
Additionally, the Messages app also received improvements including a new ‘Reduce Motion’ option that affects the viewing experience.
The watchOS 3.1 comes along with several bug fixes that users can read in detail on company’s official page.
As far as the macOS Sierra 10.12.1 update is concerned, users can now enjoy an improved experience on the Photo apps with automatic smart album support. Moreover, Mac users will be able to gain a better Microsoft Office compatibility with the iCloud Desktop and Documents service.
Furthermore, the company also released its first maintenance update for 4th generation Apple TV devices. This upgrade brings several stability and security improvements.
