New app fakes iMessage for fun

With the release of iOS 10, Apple loaded its messaging app iMessage with a lot appreciable features, from adding GIFs to sending stickers. While Apple customers are yet learning about the new features rolled in iMessage this month, another ‘new’ iMessage-like app has been launched. The app has been named Phoneys.
The app is actually a ‘clone’ of Apple’s iMessage messenger, which lets users prank their friends by sending similar stickers available on the original iMessage platform.
Those who aren’t aware, when Apple upgraded iMessage app it introduced a layering feature, which allowed users to place stickers on top of any incoming message. By making use of this layering feature, the Phoneys app is letting users trick others, as if they are using the real Apple’s messaging app.
