iPadOS 18: Key Features and List of Compatible Devices

Calculator: iPadOS 18 will finally come with a built-in calculator app, which means you no longer have to download third party calculator apps. The calculator app will work with the Apple Pencil and with the Math notes, users can solve math problems when writing with the Apple pencil.

Smart Script: The company is introducing Smart Script which improves the appearances of the text. It is also capable of doing spell-check.

iOS 18 Features: The upcoming software update will have the passwords app and also the new iOS 18 features which includes customisation of homescreen, redesigned control centre, Dark mode for app icons and also the new Messages app features which are scheduling messages, reacting to messages using emoji.

Shareplay: iPadOS 18 will include screen sharing feature 'Shareplay', which will allow users to control another person's iPad.

Game Mode: This feature will minimize background activity to sustain consistently high frame rates.
