Jio 4G VoLTE feature phone to be priced at Rs 1,740

Reliance Jio is long been rumoured to be working on a new 4G VoLTE feature phone. If reports are to be believed then the firm is planning on launching its speculated devices soon. It appears like Reliance Jio will introduce its speculated feature phone in two processor variants: Qualcomm and Spreadtrum chipsets.
According to a new online report, the Reliance Jio VoLTE-enabled feature phone will be available with Qualcomm or Spreadtrum chipsets and the prices will start at $27 to $28 (approximately Rs 1,740 to 1,800).
As for the specifications, the upcoming Reliance Jio 4G VoLTE feature phone is expected to pack a 2.4-inch screen with 512MB RAM, 4GB of internal storage with an optional expansion support provided through its microSD card. Camera wise, the device will come with a 2MP rear camera and a VGA front snapper.
The device will come with support for the Jio SIM with 4G connectivity along with other options like Wi-Fi, NFC and GPS.
