Sunny Leone has a body of Bollywood work to her credit, but admits that some people in the industry still look down on her adult star past. Sunny, however, says that she knows how to deal with it. She says, “I just don’t let judgmental people get to me. Of course for the first few minutes I am upset, but then I get over it. At the end of the day, I don’t actually care what they think of me. I am living a dream and they wish they were in my shoes. I will never let people take me down with their hate.”

Speaking about dealing with stardom she says, “I believe I have the best of both worlds. When I am in the US, no one knows who I am and I love it. When I am in India, I live in a bubble but I love what I do and I love my fans. Recently, I met one fan who started crying and hyperventilating when he saw me and I had to tell him to breathe and calm down over and over again. It was cute.”

The actress recounts her humble upbringing as she says, “I grew up in a typical Punjabi home and ate Indian food every day. I think most little girls and boys dream of being famous and I was no different. I always dreamt about it but didn’t think it would happen to me. Although I always knew I would own my own business.”
