French teachers from city have a field day
HYDERABAD: French is the most preferred foreign language by students from the city. Towards catering to this ever on the rise demand many institutions conduct French classes from the beginners to advanced students.
In a unique get-together many French teaching institutions and teachers from
the city, including two universities, participated in a workshop conducted at St. Mary's College in Yousufguda under the aegis of Osmania University in collaboration with Alliance Française de Hydérabad.
The resource person Olivier Martin, academic and commercial delegate for
Hachette, Samuel Berthet director of Alliance Française and Chirasri
Bandyopadhyay from Osmania University addressed the gathering. It was French all the way. The day was made merrier by a rendition of the immortal French song ‘Ensemble’.
A workshop held on the occasion saw an exchange of intellectual inputs.
