APUTF to start quit cell phones' movement in schools

It has been resolved that no teacher will use their cell phones in the schools during the school timings

Kakinada: Andhra Pradesh United Teachers Federation (APUTF) has decided to follow “quit cell phones” movement in schools.

UTF Kakinada Branch interim council met in Kakinada on Sunday under chairmanship of its president K.V.V. Nageswara Rao. All mandal and town councillors of the UTF in the district participated in the meeting.

They resolved that no teacher will use their cell phones in the schools during the school timings. Nageswara Rao said their movement is aimed at teachers teaching and students learning.

UTF district general secretary T. Ravi Chakravarthi UTF state secretary T. Anna Ramu, UTF district treasurer P.V.N. Ganeswara Rao and UTF senior leaders G. Prabhakara Varma and K. Sathi Raju were present.
