CELT to offer English course

 Hyderabad: The Centre for English Language Training (CELT), University College of Engineering, Osmania University, is offering a new certificate course in English language, communication skills and personality development for professionals, students, job seekers and others. Titled ‘English Communication Skills and Personality Development’, the course will be offered via offline mode, starting September 25 between 6.30 am and 8 am.
