Yi Hyderabad Celebrates a Year of Impactful Leadership

Hyderabad: Young Indians, Hyderabad, one of the most dynamic and largest chapters of Young Indians (Yi), celebrated a year of remarkable achievements on its annual day under the leadership of Chairperson Shivani Loya and Co chair Ashwin Agarwal. As an integral part of the Confederation of Indian Industry (CII), Yi empowers young leaders to drive innovation and create lasting change and to empower young leaders to contribute to the economic and social development of India.

Reflecting on the theme of the year, Inspire, Ignite, Impact, Shivani expressed gratitude for the collective accomplishments. “This year, we rose above limitations, sparked innovation, and created a ripple effect of change that will resonate for years,” she said.
The Annual Day was followed by a Inspiring session by none other than Kangna Ranaut who was the Guest of Honor. The one hour Talk show on The theme of A journey of Resilience Passion and Triumph by Kangna Ranaut was enjoyed by all members. Committee members Romit Shah and Ashish Gupta curated an interactive event with Kangna for members to talk about politics, films, and women empowerment.

Highlights of the year included:
- Accessibility Conclave, empowering Persons with Disabilities through job fairs, skill development programs, and impactful discussions.
- Masoom Conclave, leveraging social media to raise awareness about child sexual abuse.
- Yuva Future Conclave, inspiring students with discussions on climate change, mental health, and entrepreneurship.
- Initiatives like College Placement Drives and Yibe Bubble Meetups, fostering meaningful connections and professional growth.
Shivani praised the Executive Committee (EC) for its extraordinary collaboration, emphasizing the year’s success in intra-vertical teamwork. She also acknowledged Co-Chair Ashwin Agarwal for his unwavering support.
Attended by 300 members of Yi and other guest the annual day of Yi 2024 was a successful closing event of this year under Shivani leadership.
As Shivani passes the torch to Ashwin Agarwal as Chair and Poonam Agarwal as incoming co chair , she expressed confidence in Yi Hyderabad’s bright future: “The foundation we’ve built is strong, and I look forward to seeing the organization achieve even greater heights.”
