Madhuri steps into Sridevi's shoes

Janhvi Sridevi revealed on an Instgaram post that Madhuri Dixit has signed on for the part her mother was supposed to play in the film 2 States. Jahnvi disclosed that the film was very close to Sridevi’s heart. She posted,   “Abhishek Varman’s next film was very close to mom’s heart ...Dad, Khushi and I are thankful to Madhuri ji for now being a part of this beautiful film....” She also posted a picture of Sridevi and Madhuri.  It was in last October that Karan Johar had revealed that he was joining Abhishek on a project. The film 2 States is slated for April 2019 release.
