He's not my son anymore, says Kit Culkin

Kit Culkin, 71, father of Home Alone star Macaulay Culkin has given up hope any reconciliation with his son.

Kit, suffered a debilitating stroke in January 2014, had not so good words for his son who sided with his mother Patricia Brentrup in a bitter custody battle in 1995.
Speaking to Daily Mail, he said, “I don’t consider him a son anymore.”

Following his split from his longtime partner, with whom he had seven children, including Macaulay and his actor brother Kieran, Kit moved out west and into a life away from the spotlight.
