Birthday girl Rakul Preet Singh reveals her usual plans for the special day

Rakul Preet Singh, one of the finest and most loved actresses down South, visited Rajendra Nagar School in Hyderabad on Monday to distribute books and sweets to the kids studying there. When asked why, the actress revealed that she does the activity every year a day before her birthday.

In the evening, Rakul will be throwing a big party for friends and colleagues to ring in her birthday. 

“Generally, I don’t show up on that day because of the party at night,” she says. Additionally, the actress also spends some time with her fans, family and staff. “I go to slum areas to distribute food and other things. My fans also come there and participate with me. They are in touch with my team,” Rakul reveals.

Lastly, she also makes it a point to visit a gurudwara on the day. “Every year I do it and this year too, in the morning I will visit a gurudwara first, and then take my staff for lunch. After that, I will spend time with my family,” says the actress, who is very close to her brother and takes him out for dinner often.
