Eastern Naval Command sets sail into AI with new experience hub

Visakhapatnam: The Indian Navy’s Eastern Naval Command (ENC) marked a significant step towards embracing artificial intelligence (AI) with the inauguration of an AI experience hub on Monday. Vice Admiral Rajesh Pendharkar, Flag Officer Commanding-in-Chief (FOC-in-C) of the ENC, officiated at the ceremony held at the maritime reference library in Visakhapatnam.

This state-of-the-art facility is equipped with cutting-edge AI tools and applications. The ENC's vision for the hub is to empower its personnel to harness the transformative potential of AI.

It will act as a central space for exposure, learning, and innovation, fostering the development and implementation of AI solutions across various naval domains.
