Damodaran Scholarship for Poor Students in Telangana
Hyderabad: Sarojini Damodaran Foundation (SDF), founded by Kumari Shibulal and S.D Shibulal (co-founder, Infosys), has invited applications for its 'Vidyadhan' scholarship programme for economically backward students, whose families’ annual income is below RS 2 lakh.
Students should have passed their Class 10 examination in 2023 with 90 per cent marks (75 per cent for students with disability) and studying for Intermediate in Telangana. The selected students will be eligible for a scholarship amount of Rs 10,000 per year for Intermediate.
If they continue to do well, they will be given scholarship between RS 10,000 and RS 60,000 per year for pursuing any graduation course (degree, engineering, medicine or equivalent) of their interest.
