Andhra Pradesh: IMD Predicts Heavy Rain on Nov. 28 and 29

 Visakhapatnam: A low-pressure area has developed over the east equatorial Indian Ocean and adjoining southeast Bay of Bengal. The system is expected to move west-northwestwards and intensify into a depression over the central parts of the southern Bay of Bengal around 25 November. It is likely to move northwestwards towards the Tamil Nadu–Sri Lanka coast in the subsequent two days.

The Indian Meteorological Department (IMD) predicts thunderstorms accompanied by lightning in isolated areas of South Coastal Andhra Pradesh (SCAP) and Rayalaseema on Tuesday. Heavy rainfall is anticipated in isolated areas of SCAP and Rayalaseema on 27 November.

The IMD also warned of thunderstorms with lightning in isolated places across North Coastal Andhra Pradesh, Yanam, SCAP, and Rayalaseema. These areas may experience heavy rainfall over the weekend, specifically on November. 28 and 29

The weather forecast for Andhra Pradesh over the next two days predicts a partly cloudy sky with mist or haze. Maximum and minimum temperatures are expected to hover around 31°C and 20°C, respectively.
