AP police shine at 25th all India police lawn tennis meet

Vijayawada:The Andhra Pradesh Police have made their mark in the 25th All India Police Lawn Tennis Competition, securing a silver medal in performance across multiple categories.

The competition, organised by the central industrial security force, was held in Bengaluru, Karnataka, over five days and featured 24 teams from across the country.

An eight-member team from the AP Police, led by IG, KV Mohan Rao (sports), excelled in the tournament, achieving the second place in Open Singles, Open Doubles and Veteran Doubles categories.

DGP Dwaraka Tirumala Rao praised their performance.
