 Kurnool: Chief Minister N. Chandrababu Naidu has announced financial assistance of Rs 10 lakh to the family of four who tragically lost their lives in a house collapse incident in Chinnawangali village, Chagalamarri mandal, Nandyal district, on Thursday night.

The victims, identified as Tallapureddy Gurusekhar, his wife Dastagiramma, and their daughters Pavitra and Gurulakshmi, were killed when their mud house collapsed. Their surviving 15-year-old daughter, Guru Prasanna, a Class X student, is now an orphan.

Expressing deep sorrow over the incident, the Chief Minister directed officials to deposit Rs 10 lakh in Guru Prasanna’s name and provide Rs 2 lakh to her grandmother, Tallapureddy Nagamma, who will be taking care of her.

The district collector has been tasked with providing all necessary support to the orphaned girl. The Chief Minister also assured the family of continued support for Prasanna’s education and well-being.
