IGZP Hosts drawing competition for Rhino conservation

Visakhapatnam: To mark World Rhino Day, the Indira Gandhi Zoological Park (IGZP) organized a drawing competition aimed at promoting awareness of rhino conservation. Participants from local schools showcased their creativity on themes such as "My Favourite Rhino Friend," "Rhinos in the Wild," and "Human-Wildlife Conflict and Its Effects on Rhinos."

The event emphasized the vital role rhinos play in biodiversity and the urgent need to protect them from habitat destruction and poaching. Through this initiative, IGZP hopes to inspire young people to foster a deep appreciation for wildlife and actively participate in global conservation efforts.
