3 women from Mysuru drown in the swimming pool

The victims have been identified as Keerthana N (21), Nishitha MD (21), and Parvathi S (20). The trio, students from a Mysuru institution, had checked into the resort on Saturday.

According to preliminary reports, the incident took place around 10:05 AM while the women were enjoying the pool.

Local authorities have informed the victims' families, and further details regarding the purpose of their visit to Mangaluru are awaited.

A formal case is yet to be registered.
