Hyderabad: The objective of Hyderabad Annual Cybersecurity Knowledge (H.A.C.K.) 2.0. Summit, which starts here on Wednesday, is to strengthen India's fight against cybercrime and combat cybercrime, said city police commissioner on Tuesday. “Our prime focus is to strengthen our commitment to building a safe, foolproof, resilient digital landscape for Hyderabad,” Anand told Deccan Chronicle on Tuesday.

The summit, hosted by the Hyderabad City Security Council (HCSC), features cybersecurity leaders and experts from different fields. Anand said the aim was to ensure that every citizen becomes a custodian of digital security. The summit will showcase advanced methods to detect, tackle and prevent cybercrime and the strategies to bridge the skill gap in the field, Anand explained.

The most important aspect of the summit was knowledge-sharing and equipping the participants with effective strategies to combat cyber threats, he said. The panel discussions will focus on various methods used by cybercriminals, emerging cyber threats and the AI's role in cyber security, the commissioner explained.
