Jangoan Gudikunta Thanda Gram Panchayat SO in ACB net

Hyderabad: The ACB arrested Gugulath Gopal, Jangoan Gudikunta thanda gram panchayat special officer. for allegedly accepting a bribe of Rs.6,000 from a complainant. Gopal, who is an assistant engineer of the Palakurthy section irrigation sub-division, demanded the bribe from Banoth Yakub, a farmer and former MPTC member, to counter-sign fuel and other bills.

Yakub lodged a complaint with the ACB. The bribe amount was recovered from the dashboard of Gopal’s car. The ACB produced Gopal before a special court for ACB cases in Warangal which remanded him to judicial custody.
