Shivraj Singh Chouhan, Bandi Sanjay to Assess Khammam Flood Damage

Hyderabad: Union agriculture minister Shivraj Singh Chouhan and Union minister of state for home Bandi Sanjay Kumar will conduct an aerial survey of flood-affected areas in Khammam district and hold a review meeting with officials on Friday.

Chouhan will arrive at Khammam at 9 am from Vijayawada and will leave for Bhopal after the survey. Sanjay will visit the affected areas near the Peddamma Talli temple in Mothenagar and Pumping Well Road in Khammam town. From there, he will depart for Kodad, where he will visit the flood-affected areas.

According to a statement, he will inspect damaged crops and talk to the families who suffered losses. He will also gather information on the flood damage from party leaders and workers. Sanjay will then tour the Karimnagar parliamentary constituency.
