Clint's family photo on film

Looks nearly the same, but the first picture is over three decades old and the second new. The old a family photo that will be recognised for the little genius Clint standing with his parents, and the new one for a film on him, directed by Harikumar. Rima Kallingal and Unni Mukundan seem to have stepped into the parents’ shoes — in this case the 80s Sari and shirt — to become Chinnamma and Joseph, the real life parents of the child prodigy who had died before the age of seven, after creating 30000 paintings. Child actor Alok plays Clint.

Rima posted this picture on Facebook with the old and new photos. She writes: ‘Edmund Thomas Clint and his parents Chinamma and Joseph are coming to take you into their beautiful little family and the illustrious journey of a prodigy. He will inspire you, compel you to push the boundaries of your thoughts and leave you dumbfounded with his talent, wit and depth of vision.’
